That Kneady Batch is a home-based bakery located in Spring TX. We specialize in sourdough goodies, including breads, bagels, and cookies. . Our mission is to provide you with delicious, high-quality baked goods made with care and love.

Ordering

Ordering Process

Customers can place orders via our website or by phone/text. All orders must be placed 72 hours ahead of the desired pick-up date.

Customization

We offer custom inclusions. Please provide specific details about your order during the ordering process.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept PayPal, Zelle (713-206-6902), Venmo (@MrsCornelius), as well as all major credit cards

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email or phone after your order is placed. Please check the details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us no later than 24 hours after you have placed your order. Any cancellations requests made after that time will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation policy is adhered to.

Getting your goodies

Pick-Up

Customers may pick up their orders at our location during designated hours. If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled pick-up time, please inform us in advance. A text works great to communicate with us!

Delivery

We offer delivery within 10 miles of our pick up locaton, for an additional fee - be sure to reach out if you want delivery.

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to be available for pick-up or to accept delivery at the agreed-upon time.

We take food allergies seriously. If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us before placing your order.
